Dr. Alvaro Duque is a Colombian born USA scientist with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia Universtity (NY)
Training in Cellular and Molecular Biophysics and a doctoral degree in Neuroscience from Rutgers University (NJ). He was a posdoctoral Researcher at Yale with Drs. Patricia Goldman-Rakic, David McCormick and with Pasko Rakic with whom he studies primate development. In the Department of Neuroscience at Yale University Scool of Medicine, Dr. Duque is the director of the MacBrain Resource Center, Co-director of Neurobiology for the PA program and group leader in Human Neuroanatomy lab where he trains MD and PhD students.
