Ingmar Høgøy is the founder and CEO in Greentech Innovator.
Already as a Young boy at an age of 12 he started fish farming,-and has been working within the whole value chain of aquaculture. Including R&D,Marketing and sales and processing. He has 35 years of experience with circular solutions for Aquaculture and fisheries.This includes process development and utilizing sidestreams from salmon, wild fish and shrimp, including special feed, protein and collagen. He has initiated several R&D projects to document health benefits of fish protein.
He realized there is a great potential in utilizing the resources in food waste and started Greentech Innovators to develop and commercialize an innovative and sustainable food waste solution for reducing greeenhouse gases and increasing global food production.
