She has spent her career at the nexus where global public policy, jurisdictional regulation, and legal frameworks meet cross-border digital, data, and networked products in the areas of AML/CFT, sanctions enforcement, anti-corruption, and anti-fraud. Now residing in Ottawa, Canada, Naomi previously taught global affairs focused on collective and human security at the University of Denver for almost nine years.
