Vivienne has worked in a variety of roles in local government since 1987
In 2012, in her new role as the Operational Manager for Information Governance, Vivienne instigated and led the significant improvement in the way that Data Protection is managed and the Information Governance service is delivered by the Council. Since this time, the Council’s approach to Information Governance has developed into one of the key organisational control mechanisms.
In 2016 Vivienne took responsibility for further developing the Council’s approach to Risk Management. This has provided the opportunity to enhance and develop the Council’s risk maturity around the Information Governance agenda.
