Agnieszka Kuczyńska is a researcher with Master in Sociology, specialising in communication and multimedia, from AGH University of Science and Technology in Poland
She also has a PhD in Management from Jagiellonian University in Poland, specialising in technology-oriented policies. The author conducted extensive research on ICT policies in Japan and EU and currently works at the AGH UST Centre for Technology Transfer.
