Alanna is the Global Policy Coordinator at Rare Diseases International (RDI), the global alliance of persons living with a rare disease.
Prior to this, Alanna worked as a Policy Analyst with Health Canada, supporting engagement activities and policy development of Canada’s National Strategy on Drugs for Rare Diseases.
As a policy analyst, Alanna has worked in various health policy and research fields, including mental health, respiratory and cardiac health, and pharmaceuticals. She holds a Bachelors of Science with a major in Pharmacology and a minor in Management from McGill University and a Masters of Science in Public Health, also from McGill University.
