Alex is a chartered Occupation Psychologist. Her professional expertise ensures she understands the unique challenges organisations face in recognising there is no one size fits all approach to people and culture. She works closely with clients to develop creative, tailored and bespoke solutions.
Alex spends her downtime hiding mildly embarrassing hobbies such as bird watching and unsuccessfully trying to train Hobbes, her Fox Terrier, to understand that not every person she meets wants to be her best friend.
