Asal is an Honorary Lecturer at Kingston University and at Florida University.
She was awarded a British Empire Medal (BEM) in 2019 in recognition of her work and has 7 medals of Honour for product innovation globally.
She studied medicine to go on to infertility research. She later qualified as a lawyer and in Aromatherapy and Nutrition and Holistic Skincare.
She is passionate about medical research and by the power of plants to help relieve chronic conditions.
She dedicates her time trying to help patients overcome health challenges through awareness and lifestyle changes. Hence she set up the Autoimmune Support and Awareness Foundation.
Intolerances have a huge affect as a trigger on the surge in cases of ADHD, Autism, Eczema and Autoimmune Conditions for which she is a Contributor to various National publications.
