David helps drive their customer-first strategy, ensuring that the support which is provided to councils and the commercial solutions they develop best meet the needs of local government customers and reflect their strategic priorities whether that is social value, carbon reduction plans or digital transformation.
David has worked across the local government sector for over 14 years and established many great relationships with customers as well as key stakeholders such as the Local Government Association and the Department for Levelling Up Housing & Communities and ensures that CCS place the sector front and centre of our thinking to support capability improvement and leverage deliver commercial benefits to customers.
