David joined VolkerHighways in 2007. He has over 30 years’ experience in street lighting and has led our lighting team through a period of technical change, helping to secure our place as a leading street lighting service provider.
David has also been instrumental in the development of our VolkerSmart Technologies business, which was set up in 2018. During this time, he has been building collaborative relationships with key technology providers, developing joint policies and strategies for the design, build, connection and maintenance of EVCP. David has also enhanced our independent connection provider capabilities, enabling us to provide connections directly to local DNOs, improving project management and securing reduced timeframes.
