David Thomas leads Alzheimer’s Research UK’s policy work on research innovation and access to medicines
David has spent his career focussed on health and care issues. Before joining Alzheimer’s Research UK he was the UK public affairs and policy lead for the pharmaceutical company Roche, working across a number of disease areas including cancer, rare disease and dementia. David was also previously head of public affairs at the NHS Confederation, an organisation which represents NHS organisations, both commissioners and providers of care.
