Dominic Muyldermans is the VP Legal for CropLife International.
He studied law in Leuven, Strasbourg and London. He has been advising on issues related to ABS for more than 10 years. He is a member of the ABS Task Force of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and has been leading the subteam on Digital Sequence Information (DSI).
He has also been the representative of the private sector in the Ad Hoc Technical Expert Groups on DSI under the CBD and the Nagoya Protocol. He is also Senior Legal Advisor of ABSint, a multidisciplinary advisory firm on Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS), which is part of 3BIO.
