Dr. Berlingieri has extensive professional experience in senior positions in the areas of learning and development within organisations in an array of sectors internationally.
As an Associate at the Centre for Research & Education on Violence Against Women & Children, at Western University, she and Barb MacQuarrie work together with various multidisciplinary teams to conduct actionable research on harassment and violence at work that shapes the development of prevention and intervention practices.
