Dr. Constance Blomgren (BEd, MEd, PhD) is an Associate professor in the Open, Digital and Distance Education Master of Education program at Athabasca University. She researches about openness in education, including open educational resources as a public good. Dr. Blomgren is an editor for the International Review of Open and Distributed Learning, a member of the Open Educational Resources Advocacy committee for the International Council of Distance Education, and board vice president of Open Education Global .
