Dr Lorna Staines is a lecturer in the School of Population Health, in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland
Dr Staines got her PhD from RCSI, under the supervision of Prof. Mary Cannon. Her research has focused on developing mental disorders, specifically focused on prevention and psychotic-like experiences. She has published 5 first person author papers to date, and been awarded the Early Career Researchers Award from the Schizophrenia Internatinal Research Society.
