Felicity divides her time between learning design services for client projects, and promoting best practice in pedagogy across FutureLearn
Coming from a background in further and higher education, prior to joining FutureLearn Felicity spent three years at King’s College London. During her time at King’s English Language Centre, she specialised in planning, designing and creating online learning experiences, including working on strategies and projects around digital transformation. Felicity also acted as a Subject Matter Expert in the planning and creation of the the PADILEIA (Partnership for Digital Learning and Increased Access) English Language courses, which feature on FutureLearn.
Her work with client projects includes hosting learning design workshops, working on learning outcomes, and helping clients to meet their course objectives. She also assists with the creative process of embedding narrative and storytelling in course outlines. Put simply, Felicity draws on her diverse professional experience to help partners and clients create great courses.
