Greg Rosenthal is a Communications Specialist with the United States Department of Agriculture
He has 15 years of experience in strategic communications planning, public affairs, and executive communications. At USDA’s Plant Protection and Quarantine, Rosenthal serves as an expert on external communications, stakeholder engagement, and public outreach for the program.
He holds a B.A. in hearing and speech sciences from the University of Maryland at College Park and a B.A. in communication studies from the University of Maryland University College. Rosenthal is also a veteran of the Persian Gulf War and flew more than 1,000 hours as a U.S. Air Force Reserve flight engineer.
