He has led the procurement functions of several high profile private and public sector organisations, and consulted on a wide range of high profile audits of public procurements. He joined TLT in 2019, working alongside TLT’s existing full legal service offering to support clients from strategy and design through to governance, regulatory affairs and assurance.
