After finalising my university education in the UK and the Netherlands I rapidly made a career in a high tech multinational company. After my general management position in Spain, I was programmed to occupy a new assignment in the Far East. At the time I was in a divorce with my first wife with whom I had a baby daughter. This personal situation forced me to make an ethical “what am I” decision. Am I an international executive working for the financial benefits of a large organisation? Or am I primarily a father developing his professional activities in combination with his fatherhood? I choose the latter. The choice opened my might to the natural core values as a human species. Values that we tend to forget when we prioritise money and positions of power. It gradually became my personal mission to define a core human values centred society as an answer to the huge issues humankind faces today. My research is based on the positive invitation to people and institutions to help co-create this type of society and publish our progress. An invitation I also extend here.
