José Inácio Faria MEP since 2014, Group of the European People’s Party (Christian Democrats)
José Inácio Faria – MEP holds a postgraduate degree in Environmental Law and is currently preparing a PhD thesis in International Public Law at the University of Cáceres. He is President and Electoral Coordinator of Partido da Terra-MPT (from 2014), Secretary-General and member of the MPT National Political Council (2009-2011).
He is also Legal and political advisor to Partido da Terra – MPT’s political group, Lisbon Municipal Assembly (2012-2014) and Legal advisor in the International Relations Office at the Department of Social Welfare of the Municipality of Lisbon (1992-2002).
