Dr. Junjun Yin is an Assistant Research Professor at the Computational and Spatial Analysis Core of the Pennsylvania State University
His research interests center on computational geography for understanding the geospatial complexity in spatial human-urban environment interactions. His main research agenda employs geospatial Big Data to model human-urban environment interactions and their applications concerning urban environmental sustainability, accessibility, and mobility.
He is keen to incorporate state-of-the-art methodologies into his research, such as advanced data mining and machine learning, geovisual analytics, and high-performance computing to delineate the spatiotemporal geography with spatial Big Data.
