Katarzyna Pokwicka-Croucher is diplomat and linguist by education with 20 years of international experience in top management functions: marketing communications, strategy, business development and growing start-ups within the sustainability sector in Berlin, London, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Katarzyna is very familiar with the heartbeat and challenges of start-ups – most of her projects have been related to companies at various early stages of their existence.
In her current role as the Founder and CEO of Ecopolplast, Katarzyna leads the creation and production of Ecoplastomer®, a brand-new product category – circular TPE made with 100% recycled content that reduces CO2 emissions by up to 65% and saves production costs, all while maintaining product quality.
Katarzyna promotes and invests in the breakthrough technology to transform the recycling of plastic and rubber waste, decrease dependency on crude oil and create a circular economy for thermoplastic elastomers, helping to restore environmental balance on Earth.
