Maite Caballero is based in Andorra and is a USSA researcher and policy advisor. She has worked with various organisations for more than 15 years on ag biotech, sustainability, and environmental issues such as the EU’s renewable fuels legislation. Her practice areas include sustainability and environmental issues; biotech and pesticides policy; climate change legislation; biofuels and energy efficiency, water efficiency, and waste management. She has helped devise and implement advocacy campaigns in the Brussels-based EU institutions and in Spain on behalf of U.S. agricultural interests. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
