He has witnessed the rapid digitisation of our world and has worked at the heart of those enterprise technology companies who have been pivotal in changing it. Prior to itelligent-i, Mark held senior leadership roles at BlackBerry, VMWare and Enghouse Systems.
He has operated across Europe and has a solid understanding of the public sector, financial services, ISV’s and telecom verticals. His work spans many exciting areas of technology including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data , IoT, Contact Centre-as-a-Service, mobility and cybersecurity working to drive innovation for commercial excellence
