Mark Paget Skelin is a Partner in the Property Department at Bevan Brittan LLP, a nationwide law firm supporting and advising clients in the Higher Education sector.
Mark trained in the City of London, and has over 24 years’ experience of property work for a wide range of clients including higher education institutions, government bodies, social enterprises and NHS trusts.
Mark has led on numerous estates rationalisation projects and complex site disposals or acquisitions for clients across England.
Over the last year he has been acting on several estates regularisation programmes for university clients, and on a major residential development project in the southwest of England.
