As the Chief Innovation Officer at Waymark, I develop and manage digital roadmaps, provide unique value to customers and build long-term relationships with partners. I’m responsible for launching digital products and services for clients and for growing Waymark’s innovation capabilities, both internally and externally.
I’m a certified design sprint master and a process improvement consultant, with a unique ability to apply design thinking and agile methods to any problem or opportunity.
Outside of work, I enjoy my daily 5am trip to the gym, I’m a military veteran and supporter of veteran charities, I’m passionate about supporting digital inclusion and social impact initiatives and volunteer as an Ambassador for The Digital Poverty Alliance.
