Micael Johnstone is an ESG (environmental, social and governance) expert with two decades of experience in the “better business” world, including ESG investment, strategy, communications, sustainability, and corporate purpose. Before founding Wading Herons he worked across business, government and international NGOs to pioneer ESG, climate change, sustainability and purpose strategy – most recently leading EY’s world-leading purpose strategy and thought leadership team.
Micael is regularly sought out for thought leadership engagements and attends global business leadership forums such as the World Economic Forum, the United Nations General Assembly and the annual UN Climate Summit.
Micael is driven to help people find a better balance with the planet, and to create a better world for his son.
