Michael Levin is professor of International Child Health at Imperial College London
He works as a paediatric Infectious diseases specialist at St Mary’s Hospital, Imperial College NHS Trust, and leads an interdisciplinary research team that has applied molecular, genetic and immunological approaches to improve the diagnosis and management of childhood infection.He has coordinated successive EU funded international collaborative grants studyingTB (ILLULU 2006-2012),genetics of childhood infection( EUCLIDS 2012-2016) diagnosis of bacterial and viral infection, (PERFORM 2016-2020) and coordinates the current DIAMONDS consortium).
