Patrick’s first career in the Royal Air Force culminated in an executive safety role and associated post-graduate qualifications in Safety and Human Factors
A period of risk-related consultancy followed in Defence, the Home Office and the private sector.
Experience gained in corporate governance, ways of working and behaviours caused Patrick to jump at the chance to work with CGR from 2018 – supporting organisations with a practical means to enable positive and sustainable change in their performance against objectives.
