Phil Haslam is Managing Director of North Atlantic Fishing Company (NAFCO).
Phil joined NAFCO in 2021, prior to this, he was the Director of Operations at the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) for six years and CEO of Eastern Inshore Fishery and Conservation Authority (IFCA) for three years.
Phil also served in the Royal Navy for over 27 years, retiring as a Captain in 2012. At the MMO he was accountable and responsible for the delivery of fisheries and marine conservation management operations and assurance of regulatory compliance at sea. During his time at the MMO he led the preparations for and delivery of operations to support, EU Exit.
