Steve Thomas heads up the Commercial team in the firm’s Cheltenham office
Having worked for a large part of his of his career as an in-house lawyer, he is well attuned to the needs of clients, providing legal advice which is commercial and pragmatic.
Steve regularly acts – in some instances on a retainer basis – for a wide range of manufacturing businesses, and is part of HCR’s Technology team, negotiating contracts and advising across the full gamut of commercial issues for start-ups and established tech businesses.
