Will has over 20 years’ consulting and integration experience, both in industry and in an advisory capacity. His work focuses predominantly on business, digital and IT transformation, complex programme delivery (using Agile and traditional Waterfall techniques), Target Operating Model (TOM) design and road-mapping, Transforming the IT function, Transforming the PMO, Cost Optimisation, MVP analysis, Supplier Management and Performance Improvement, Sourcing and Procurement, Commercial Strategy, and Cost Optimisation.
Will has a highly successful track record of delivering outstanding business results through customer centricity and value-based delivery across sectors including Pharma, Logistics, Renewable Energy, Housing, NFP and Public Sector (DWP, Home Office, MoJ, NHS, MoD, …).
Prior to joining Marlborough in 2016, Will had a successful career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Ernst & Young (EY), KCOM (telecoms) and Siemens. Will also holds an MBA from Henley Business School.
