In a pledge to the European Commission, ISACA has outlined a series of initiatives aimed at tackling this pressing issue.
- Importance of Digital skills in education: First, ISACA has pledged to collaborate with more than 60 training organizations and academic bodies. The objective is to ensure that teachers and trainers possess the necessary expertise and credentials to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity training.
- By equipping these professionals with the right knowledge, ISACA aims to enhance the quality and effectiveness of cybersecurity education across Europe.
Empowering students and fostering a cybersecurity-conscious society
Additionally, ISACA plans to provide 20,000 free memberships to students in Europe as this will grant students access to ISACA’s extensive network of skilled professionals in the region. This will provide them with valuable opportunities to expand their cybersecurity knowledge through events and training.
Ultimately empowering the younger generation with these resources, ISACA hopes to foster a new wave of cybersecurity experts in Europe.
Ensuring digital skills for every citizen

To achieve this, the association will organize events aimed at sharing knowledge and insights on cybersecurity in order to promote a cybersecurity-conscious society, where individuals are better equipped to protect themselves and their digital asset
