The second keynote speaker at the Agile Business Conference 2019 has been unveiled as Michael Saunders, Agile and DevOps Leader at Lloyds Banking Group
After making it as a successful entrepreneur, Michael now delivers agile transformation as part of a £3 billion investment by Lloyds Banking Group in its staff and technology.
Michael, who has supported the transformation of a number of businesses from 5,000 to 300,000 employees, will be speaking on day two of the London conference which is co-hosted by the Agile Business Consortium and the Business Agility Institute and which will be examining the Case for Business Agility.
John Williams, CEO of the Agile Business Consortium, said: “Michael will be bringing his significant experience to attendees with lessons that will help them transform their organisations and careers.”
Keynote speaker on the conference’s first day is Lisa Smith, a global community influencer with more than 14 years’ experience of influencing strategy for boards of directors, American corporate C-Suites and Fortune 100 companies.
The Agile Business Conference is the longest-running agile conference in the world, with this year’s being the 17th event. It takes place on September 25th and 26th at 155 Bishopsgate, London.
It features real-world case studies highlighting the importance of business agility from different perspectives, and a packed Agile Tools session offering a choice of 20 45-minute round tables on a huge range of topics and hosted by experts in their field.
